When we examine your sleep, we take all factors of your life into the equation, to understand the root causes of your sleep challenges, and create a personalized and adaptable plan that changes alongside you. Together, we’ll optimize your sleep by balancing the five key pillars of your daily life: movement, nutrition, headspace, environment, and schedule.

As your Sleep Coach, I’m here to help you be accountable to yourself. I understand change isn’t always easy – that’s why my job is to educate, motivate, and empower you to build incremental, achievable goals into your daily life to create lasting change. As new challenges arise, you’ll be guided with the tools and education you need and I'll provide additional support if and when you need it.

 

Sleep Coaching Package

4 sessions for $549

  • After completing a comprehensive assessment to help me learn more about your sleep goals and challenges, we’ll connect over a 90-minute consultation to start developing your personalized plan.

  • We’ll develop a personalized sleep plan based on your sleep goals and I’ll provide guidance on how to implement these manageable daily changes to optimize your sleep.

  • You’ll receive helpful educational resources specific to your unique sleep challenges to supplement your sleep plan and I'll be available for unlimited email support.

  • During our 45 minute follow-up sessions, we’ll discuss what’s working, celebrate your breakthroughs, and create a plan of action for any areas of improvement.

  • Should you require, additional follow-up sessions are available at $100 per session.

The Sleep Reboot Consultation

1 session for $199

  • After completing a comprehensive assessment to help me learn more about your sleep goals and challenges, we’ll connect over a 90-minute consultation to start developing your personalized plan.

  • We’ll develop a personalized short term sleep plan to get you started and I’ll make some future recommendations for you to implement on your own.

  • You’ll receive helpful educational resources specific to your unique sleep challenges to supplement your sleep plan and I'll be available for unlimited email support for 2 weeks.

  • Should you require, additional 45 min follow-up sessions are available at $130 per session.
